A Customer Admin can view and modify a user's name and/or email address:
1. Click Users in the Navigation bar. The User Directory screen displays.
2. Click the Name or Email Address of the user whose information you want to modify. The User Profile screen for the selected user displays.
3. Click inside the field you wish to edit. The text becomes editable and a checkmark and an X icon display to the right of the selected field.
4. Enter the new text.
5. Click the checkmark to save the user's updated Name or Email Address.
6. To cancel any changes to a field, click the X icon.
