When you create a Container the default dimensions of the Container are displayed in the Common Bar at the top of the Workspace.
You may click the Scrolling check box in the Properties Panel (Container) to display and modify the Scrolling Properties of the Container.
The Direction drop-down provides 3 options for scrolling: side to side (Horizontal), up and down (Vertical), or in both directions (Both):
The Scroll Bar drop-down provides 3 choices for the color of the scroll bar for the Container:
The default Interior Height and Width of the Scrolling box are shown. These dimensions can be modified. Objects placed in the Scrolling box area outside of the white Container display area will not be visible until they are scrolled to.
The default Vertical and Horizontal Offset dimensions are both 0 px . Changing the Offset Dimensions will cause the container to open at the location determined by the number of pixels entered.

The final option in the Scrolling Properties section is Paging. The Paging option changes the scrolling from a smooth transition from one object to the next, to a jump from one object to the next.
