- Passwords must be at least six (6) characters in length
- Passwords must have at least one uppercase letter
- Passwords must have at least one number
- Passwords may include a special character (for example, # & ( ) @ !)
1. Enter your account's URL (for most accounts this is pro.scrollmotion.com) in either the Chrome or Safari browser (latest version is recommended). If you are unsure of your account URL, contact your system administrator or submit a request to ScrollMotion Support.
2. Click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email in the Email field.
4. Click Submit. An email with instructions is sent to you.
5. Click the link in the "Reset your ScrollMotion password" email in your inbox. A Reset Password dialog box displays.
6. Enter your new password twice.
7. Click Submit.
